PRICING AND BOOKING

Every Roots & Rivers event is customized. Pricing is based on the type of experience, group size, materials, age group, location, and event details.

Guided workshops and DIY stations typically range from $15 to $50 per person. Pricing may vary for larger groups, specialty materials, or custom requests.

Most workshops require a $300 minimum booking. Events in New York City, Philadelphia, and other locations farther from our home base in Andover, NJ 07821 require a $500 minimum booking.

The booking minimum is not an additional fee. It is the minimum total workshop cost required for us to provide the program.

Travel fees are separate and may apply based on mileage, tolls, parking, and peak travel times. The travel fee starts at $125 for New York City and starts at $75 for Philadelphia. Fees for other locations are calculated individually.

A deposit is required to reserve an event date and is applied toward the final balance. All pricing, policies, minimums, and payment details are reviewed and confirmed before booking.
