A $50 or $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all private event bookings. Private events have a $250 minimum. Travel within 25 miles of ZIP code 07840 is included. Travel beyond 25 miles is charged at $0.70 per mile. Events in New York City, Philadelphia, and other major metropolitan areas require approval prior to booking; please contact us for availability and details.
Private events include jars, plants, moss, and decor for each participant. Live springtails are available as an optional add-on for $5 per person and extra plants are $3 per person. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of the required deposit due to preparation and material costs. In the event of a no-show, late cancellation, or failure to communicate regarding access or event status on the scheduled event date, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances will be handled in good faith by both parties.
